Please note: To continue ensuring the safety of all our patients we have a screening protocol implemented. This includes questions regarding travel history, symptoms and a temperature check upon appointment arrival. As per ADA guidelines we are unable to offer our services to individuals who DO meet epidemiological or clinical symptom criteria for COVID-19 risk.
