Pro Tips for a Healthy Mouth

We have a few extra tips to help keep your mouth healthy!

  • Brush twice a day

  • Use floss at least once a day

  • Visit your dentist for regular checkups

  • Spit out excess toothpaste after brushing instead of rinsing to let the fluoride protect your teeth

  • Limit snacking

  • Drink lots of water

It is recommended to attend regular dental checkups and cleans every 6 months. This allows dentists to assess for any tooth decay or need for treatment as soon as possible. Early detection of dental issues decreases the likelihood of larger dental treatments and provides dentists with more options of what they can do to protect your teeth!
