Are you grinding your teeth?

Teeth grinding also known as Bruxism is most common amongst all adults and even children. People involuntarily clench, grind and gnash the teeth mostly during sleep.

Grinding are believed to triggered due to stress, lack of sleep, anxiety, illness, medications etc.

The causes behind the teeth grinding can differ from one individual to other.

Chronic teeth grinding can result into facial pain, headaches, pain and stiffness in the jaw joint (temporomandibular joint), sleep disorders, worn down teeth, broken fillings, teeth fracture etc.
